Our clients have at their disposition the La Quinta VIP Card , with all the discounts that it offers, and our Customer Services department with a wide range of services to make your stay at La Quinta as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
We offer cleaning service, during your stay you can request this service for € 22 + VAT per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours.
- + Reservation Policy

In order to confirm any booking for an apartment in La Quinta payment of a 50% of the full amount must be completed and 50% balance one month prior to arrival date. Payment must be completed by bank transfer. Reservations made within one month prior arrival date, must be confirmed by payment of the full price.
We will request a copy of your identity card or passport to complete the file prior to arrival.

For cancellations minimum four weeks before check-in, there will be a 15% penalty of the original full price.
For cancellations between 2 and 4 weeks before check-in, there will be a 30% penalty of the original full price.
For cancellations on the last 2 weeks prior to arrival, there will be no refund.

Apartments do not have a reception or concierge service. There will be no entries or departures outside the hours established in the policy of check-in / check-out, and outside office hours it will have an additional charge specified below:
- Office hours: (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
- For free.
- Out of office hours: (Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm)
- Additional cost of 100 euros per service, both for arrivals and / or departures. To be paid by the tenant prior to check-in into the apartment.
- No check in allowed after 21.00 pm
- Check out before 12.00 pm
