We are delighted to introduce two Special Services to La Quinta residents: Deep Cleaning and Maintenance at reduced annual rates.
Deep Cleaning
Using advanced technology the system will deep clean the air-conditioning conduits removing the accumulated dirt deposits that can lead to mould, bad odours and reduced functionality. This improves the air quality, giving more effective heating and cooling as well as the resultant health benefits.
The cleanliness of air conditioning ducts is very important. Any system that is clean and dry should work well and provide sufficient air quality for good indoor air quality.
This automated cleaning system complies with the UNE 100012 standard for air-conditioning hygiene and is an annual service.

Air-Conditioning Maintenance
Over time your air-conditioning units will suffer from reduced effectiveness if not professionally maintained.
With this service your air-conditioning units will be fully serviced and cleaned, with filters fully cleaned or replaced twice a year, ensuring optimal performance and improved protection for your system.
Why is it important to maintain your air conditioning through ducts?
Duct air conditioning filters are responsible for capturing all dust particles and other allergens. If a periodic cleaning is not carried out, these filters can become clogged, with the following consequences:
- Poor air quality and bad smell
- Deficient heating / air conditioning
- Possible breakage of the compressor due to overheating
