We offer cleaning service, during your stay you can request this service for € 22 + VAT per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours.

+ Reservation Policy

In order to confirm any booking for an apartment in La Quinta payment of a 50% of the full amount must be completed and 50% balance one month prior to arrival date. Payment must be completed by bank transfer. Reservations made within one month prior arrival date, must be confirmed by payment of the full price.

We will request a copy of your identity card or passport to complete the file prior to arrival.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any doubts in this matter before proceeding with your booking.

+ Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations minimum 4 weeks before check-in, there will be a 50% penalty of the original full price.
  • For cancellations on the last 4 weeks prior to arrival, there will be no refund.
+ Check in & out Policy

Apartments do not have a reception or concierge service. There will be no entries or departures outside the hours established in the policy of check-in / check-out, and outside office hours it will have an additional charge specified below:

  • Office hours: (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
    • For free.
  • Out of office hours: (Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm)
    • Additional cost of 100 euros per service, both for arrivals and / or departures. To be paid by the tenant prior to check-in into the apartment.
  • No check in allowed after 21.00 pm
  • Check out before 11.00 am
